BRENDAN BOWEN

Brendan’s primary focus over the last ten years has centered around Boston-based commercial development projects across a broad spectrum of project typologies and scales. From boutique commercial lobby renovations to 30-story new construction mixed-use towers – Brendan brings the same high level of rigor, attention to detail and personal belief that his work will make a positive impact on community. With extensive experience in regulatory zoning, entitlements and approvals, Brendan further advances his projects by applying the essential skills of 3-dimensional BIM modeling, creative problem solving, and clear communication. Outside the office he can most frequently be found either fishing, playing cards, or on "yet another" road trip with one or more of his many cousins.
